ATTORNEY COLLINS NOTED THAT THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION <br />OF THE LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT BUDGET FOR 1977-78 HAD BEEN <br />CONTINUED FROM SEPTEMBER 19, 1977, UNTIL TODAY, AND HE RECOMMENDED THAT IT <br />BE CONTINUED FROM TODAY UNTIL SEPTEMBER 26TH WHEN A DECISION WILL BE MADE <br />ON THE MILLAGE AT THE SECOND PUBLIC HEARING HELD FOR THAT PURPOSE. HE <br />CONTINUED THAT TODAY IS THE FIRST PUBLIC HEARING IN REGARD TO THE MILLAGE <br />WHICH LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT IS PROPOSING TO INCREASE FROM <br />ZERO TO ONE (1) MILL. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD. THERE <br />WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE FIRST PUBLIC HEARING IN REGARD <br />TO THE MILLAGE INCREASE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CONTINUED THE HEARING IN REGARD TO THE <br />ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET FOR 1977-78 UNTIL MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 1977, AT <br />9:00 O.'CLOCK A.M.
