RESOLUTION NO. 2013- opo <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands, which were acquired by the City of Fellsmere for use by the <br />municipality for the benefit of the municipal water system, are hereby cancelled <br />pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Certificate of Title to City of <br />Fellsmere, Florida describing lands, recorded in <br />Book 2682 at Page 726, Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner snlari and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Davis <br />a vote, the vote was as being put to <br />folIows: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
