RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 119 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands, which were acquired by the City of Fellsmere and will be used <br />for public open space and drainage as a complement to an adjacent park, are <br />hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Certificate of Title to City of <br />Fellsmere, Florida describing lands, recorded in <br />Book 2708 at Page 1063, Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis ,and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher ,and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
