RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 006 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands, which were acquired by the City of Fellsmere and will be used <br />for public open space and drainage, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the <br />authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Certificate of <br />Fellsmere, Florida describing <br />Book 2728 at Pages 393-394, <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />Title to City of <br />lands, recorded in <br />Public Records of <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher, and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Davis ,and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Commissioner Peter D.
