RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 008 <br />to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br />do all things necessary to carry out the provisions of section 196. 28, F.S.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />1. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands purchased from the List of Lands Available (Tax Deed File No. <br />2013-0092TD; Certificate No. 2011-1328; assessed owners were Daisy Lincoln, <br />as to an undivided one-half interest; and May E. Schlingloff, the Estate of John <br />D. Lincoln deceased, David Lincoln, Elizabeth Hughes and Elisha Anderson <br />each as to an undivided one-tenth interest), for road purposes (86th Lane), are <br />hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Tax Deed recorded in Book 2730, <br />Pages 722-725, Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />2. The Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners is hereby <br />directed to send a cert <br />ified copy of this resolution to the Tax Collector and the <br />Propert <br />y Appraiser with a copy to each of Fixed Assets, Budget, and the County <br />Attorney's Office. <br />2 <br />
