RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 050 <br />to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br />dU Clll things necessary to carry out the provisions of section 196.28, F.S.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />1. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands purchased collectively from Susan Hobbs, as Trustee of the Earl <br />A. Hobbs, Jr. Testamentary Trust; Earl Austin Hobbs, III; James Douglas Hobbs; <br />Justin Miley; Lauren Miley; and Layna Frazier, n/k/a Layna Thrush, for right-of- <br />way along a portion of 49t" Street, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority <br />of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached 7 General Warranty Deeds recorded <br />in Book 2741, Pages 356-359 and Book 2741, <br />Pages 362-383, Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />2. The Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners is hereby <br />directed to send a cert <br />ified copy of this resolution to the Tax Collector and the <br />Propert <br />y Appraiser with a copy to each of Fixed Assets, Budget, and the County <br />Attorney's Office. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner solari , <br />and motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />
