RESOLUTION NO.M-1 <br />WHEREAS, the 1977 tax roll has been certified according to law <br />and the taxable values have been received by this Board; <br />WHEREAS, this Board did adopt at Public Hearing itsbudget for <br />the fiscal year commencing on the first day of October, 1977, and ending <br />on the thirtieth day of September, 1978; <br />• I <br />and <br />WHEREAS; the Board must establish millages: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />OF THE LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION STREET LIGHTING MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING <br />UNITS that said Board hereby sets the millage rate for said District <br />at one mill or one dollar per thousand dollars of taxable value. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 26th day <br />of September 1977. <br />LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />By C <br />WILLIAM C.
