RESOLUTION NO. 2012-050 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that: <br /> Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br /> described lands, which were purchased through the Neighborhood Stabilization <br /> Program by the Indian River County Housing Authority and thereafter quit- <br /> claimed to Indian River County for the purpose of continuing with affordable <br /> housing/Neighborhood Stabilization Program (Indian River County Ordinance <br /> No. 2012-006) are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, <br /> F.S. <br /> See attached Corrective Quit-Claim Deed <br /> describing lands, recorded in Book 2572 at Page <br /> 543, Public Records of Indian River County, <br /> Florida. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and, upon being put to <br /> a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Gary C.
