RESOLUTION NO. 2012- 050 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands, which were purchased through the Neighborhood Stabilization <br />Program by the Indian River County Housing Authority and thereafter quit- <br />claimed to Indian River County for the purpose of continuing with affordable <br />housing/Neighborhood Stabilization Program (Indian River County Ordinance <br />No. 2012-006) are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, <br />F.S. <br />See attached Corrective Quit -Claim Deed <br />describing lands, recorded in Book 2572 at Page <br />543, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Gary C.
