<br />*This Corrective Quit Claim Deed corrects the month of conveyance in that certain Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 2569, Page 1397 (corrects
<br />the month from March to April).
<br />Effective the 13th day of April, 2012, by The Indian River County Housing Authority, a public body corporate and
<br />politic pursuant to Chapter 421, Florida Statutes, hereinafter called grantor, to Indian River County, a political
<br />subdivision of the state of Florida, hereinafter called grantee, whose post office address is: 1801 27`h Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida 32960.
<br />(Wherever used herein, the terms "grantor" and "grantee" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal
<br />representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, wherever the context so
<br />admits or requires.)
<br />Witnesseth, That grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and/or other valuable consideration, the
<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases and quit claims unto grantee, all the right, title,
<br />interest, claim and demand which said grantor has in and to the following described land, situate in County of Indian
<br />River, State of Florida, to -wit:
