RESOLUTION NO. 2011 - 108 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. has indicated an <br />interest in obtaining those lots for building affordable housing for very low and low <br />income households; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. has the capability to <br />utilize those lots. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLOVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida that: <br />Section 1. <br />The above recitals are ratified in their entirety. <br />Section 2. <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes The Coalition for Attainable <br />Homes, Inc. to transfer the three properties referenced above to Indian River County <br />Habitat for Humanity, Inc. with the properties' restrictive covenants remaining in place, <br />except that the three year period for construction of housing units on the subject lots <br />referenced in Exhibit B of the deed from Indian River County to the Coalition for <br />Attainable Homes shall apply to Indian River County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. with the <br />three year period starting on the date of the deed transfer. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner pavis , and <br />seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and being put to a vote, the vote was <br />as follows: <br />Chairman, Gary C.
