RESOLUTION N0. 77-98 <br />WHEREAS, all acts have been performed and all proceedings have been <br />carried out as required by law preliminary to the Board of County Commissioners <br />establishing a millage rate for the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br />operated by the State Board of Health; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That there shall be and is hereby levied <br />upon all of the non-a%empt real and tangible personal property in Indian River <br />County, Florida, for the fiscal year 1977-78, the tax of .1384 mills or 13.84 <br />cents per thousand dollars to be used in carrying out the purposes of the <br />Indian River County Health Department operated by the State Board of Health. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 26th day of <br />September, 1977. <br />ATTEST: <br />FREDA WRIGHT <br />Clerk of Courts <br />�Ep � a is77 <br />L <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />WILLIAM C.
