RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 030 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br /> MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO THE INTERSECTIONS OF ROSELAND ROAD, BARBER <br /> STREET AND FLEMING STREET, WITH THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Sebastian and Indian River County desire the <br /> City of Sebastian to construct and maintain landscape, drainage and crosswalk <br /> improvements on a portion of the CR512 right-of-way owned by Indian River County ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Sebastian, has requested Indian River County <br /> execute and deliver to the City of Sebastian a Maintenance Memorandum Agreement for <br /> the aforementioned project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br /> Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to make, execute, and deliver to the City of <br /> Sebastian a Maintenance Memorandum Agreement for the aforementioned project. <br /> The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Flescher <br /> who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Davis <br /> and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Bob Solari Aye <br /> Vice-Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br /> Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan Aye <br /> Commissioner Wesley S. Davis Aye <br /> Commissioner Joseph E.
