RESOLUTION NO . 2011 - 045 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br /> A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 10, BLOCK 60, VERO BEACH <br /> HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION UNIT 5 <br /> WHEREAS , Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 10 , Block <br /> 60 , of Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 5 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below , serves no public purpose ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br /> County , Florida that : <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br /> that it may have in the following described easement portion : <br /> the west one-foot of the east six foot drainage and utility easement on Lot 10, Block 60, Vero <br /> Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 5, less and except any portion of the north twelve foot drainage and <br /> utility easement on such lot, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 56, of the Public <br /> Records oflndian River County, Florida . <br /> This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County , a political subdivision of the <br /> State of Florida , whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach , Florida 32960 . <br /> THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis seconded by <br /> Commissioner Flescher and adopted on the 7th day of <br /> June 2011 , by the following vote : <br /> Chairman Bob Solari Aye <br /> Vice- Chairman Gary C .
