RESOLUTION NO. 2011 - 045 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 10, BLOCK 60, VERO BEACH <br />HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION UNIT 5 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 10, Block <br />60, of Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 5; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement portion: <br />the west one -foot of the east six foot drainage and utility easement on Lot 10, Block 60, Vero <br />Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 5, less and except any portion of the north twelve foot drainage and <br />utility easement on such lot, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 56, of the Public <br />Records oflndian River County, Florida. <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />'PHIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis ,seconded by <br />Commissioner Flescher and adopted on the 7th day of <br />June 2011, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Bob Solari Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Gary C.
