Applicant . <br />FISCAL NEED INFORMATION <br />SURPLUS FROM UTILITY OPERATIONS <br />For each utility operated by the government, please report the amount <br />of surplus funds transferred to other governmental activities not <br />specifically related to that utility operation during the 1975-76 <br />fiscal year. Transfers to be included are: funds for general govern- <br />mental activities; funds used to pay the principal and/or interest on <br />bonds for activities not related to the specific utility in question, <br />e.g., hospital and airport bonds; and funds used to support other utility <br />operations.
