RESOLUTION NO. 2012• 028 <br /> to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br /> do all things necessary to carry out the provisions of section 196.28, F.S.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that: <br /> 1. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br /> described lands, which were donated for emergency services by Vero Beach <br /> Jaycees, Inc., an administratively dissolved Florida nonprofit corporation, to <br /> Emergency Services District of Indian River County, Florida, a dependent special <br /> district of Indian River County, Florida, operating by and through its Board of <br /> County Commissioners, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section <br /> 196.28, F.S. <br /> See attached Quit-Claim Deed recorded in Book <br /> 2563, Pages 469-470, Public Records of Indian <br /> River County, Florida. <br /> 2. The Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners is hereby <br /> directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Tax Collector and the <br /> Property Appraiser with a copy to each of Fixed Assets, Budget, and the County <br /> Attorney's Office. <br /> 2 <br />
