<br />FLORIDA, a dependent special district of Indian River County, Florida, operating
<br />by and through its Board of County Commissioners, Grantee, whose mailing
<br />address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00),
<br />in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good
<br />and valuable consideration, does hereby quit -claim unto Grantee, its successors and
<br />assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in
<br />and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in
<br />the County of Indian River, State of Florida, to -wit:

<br />Range 39 East, according to the last general plat of lands of the

<br />25, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said lands
<br />now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. LESS the North
<br />30 feet of the South 60 feet for road right-of-way.
