HOLLEY STATE HOSPITAL. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED ISSUANCE OF DUPLICATE TAX <br />SALE CERTIFICATES NOS. 400 AND 403 TO .JO ANN DAVIS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED STATE WITNESS PAYROLLS, <br />CIRCUIT COURT, SPRING TERM, IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $409.16. <br />MONTHLY REPORTS OF THE WELFARE DEPARTMENT FOR .JULY AND <br />AUGUST, 1977, WERE RECEIVED AND PLACED ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK. <br />THE BOARD DISCUSSED WITH FINANCE OFFICER .JACKSON THE REQUEST <br />OF FREDA WRIGHT, CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE WINDOW <br />AIR -CONDITIONER IN THE PROBATE OFFICE AND COUNTERS FOR COUNTY COURT - <br />CIVIL DIVISION, AND RECORDING. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED AS TO WHY THIS WAS NOT BROUGHT UP AT <br />BUDGET TIME AND AS TO WHETHER THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS STILL USABLE. <br />FINANCE OFFICER .JACKSON STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS <br />USABLE, ALTHOUGH OLD, BUT INADEQUATE FOR THE LOCATION. HE FURTHER <br />REPORTED THAT THE RECORDING DEPARTMENT HAS NOW RECEIVED THE MICROFILM <br />PRINTER VIEWERS AND WOULD LIKE TO GET THEM OPERATIONAL AS SOON AS <br />POSSIBLE.
