February 12, 2013 <br />Mr. Gustavo Schmidt, P.E. <br />District Planning and Environmental Engineer <br />Florida Department of Transportation, District Four <br />3400 West Commercial Boulevard <br />Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309-3421 <br />Dear Mr. Schmidt: <br />SUBJECT: Concurrence on 2010 FHWA Adjusted Urban Boundary Designation <br />The Indian River County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) has reviewed and concurred with <br />the draft 2010 Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Adjusted Urban Boundaries for Indian <br />River County. The District office may now forward the proposed boundary to the FDOT Central <br />Office and FHWA for final review and approval. The BCC understands that additional coordination <br />on Federal Functional Classification designation for all public roads in Indian River County will be <br />carried out by the District.
