0 <br />COUNTY PLANNER BRENNAN INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THIS PROP- <br />ERTY IS LOCATED ON 90TH AVENUE ACROSS FROM TWIN LAKES MOBILE HOME <br />PARK. THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING TO SUBDIVIDE INTO LOTS FOR MODULAR <br />HOME DEVELOPMENT AND SELL THE LOTS TO INDIVIDUALS FOR DEVELOPMENT, <br />HE NOTED THAT THE AREA IS SURROUNDED BY MOBILE HOME ZONING, AND THE <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT DID NOT CONCUR WITH THE ORIGINAL REQUEST TO RE- <br />ZONE TO R - ']A, BUT DOES APPROVE THE REQUESTED CHANGE TO R-lPM <br />PERMANENT MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION DISTRICT. THE PLANNING & ZONING <br />COMMISSION ALSO APPROVES. <br />DANA HOWARD OF CARTER ASSOCIATES EXPLAINED THAT THE PUR- <br />POSE OF THE REZONING IS TO MAKE IT A SUBDIVISION SO THEY CAN SELL <br />LOTS AND POINTED OUT THAT IT CONSEQUENTLY.WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH <br />THE SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY ASKED IF MR. HOWARD HAD A LETTER MAKING <br />HIM AN OFFICIAL AGENT REPRESENTING GOL.DSTONE REALTY, AND MR.
