COUNTY PLANNER BRENNAN STATED THAT THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED <br />NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF S. R. 512 AND 1-95, AND BORDERS ON A C-1 <br />DISTRICT. HE INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THIS PROPERTY IS PRESENTLY <br />VACANT, BUT IS FOR A PROPOSED KOA CAMPGROUND. THE ACCESS WILL BE <br />THROUGH 108TH AVENUE. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY ASKED IF WE HAVE ANY SPECIFIC REGULATIONS <br />FOR THIS TYPE CATEGORY, AND MR, BRENNAN REPLIED THAT THE SPECIFIC <br />CATEGORY IS R-1TM WHICH IS DESIGNED FOR OVERNIGHT TRANSIENT. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ON THE RIGHT-OF-WAY BORDERING THIS <br />PROPERTY ON THE EAST, AND IT WAS NOTED THAT POSSIBLY THE ACCESS IS <br />NOT ADEQUATE. <br />MR. BRENNAN POINTED OUT THAT THIS PROJECT WILL REQUIRE <br />$ITE PLAN REVIEW AND IF THERE IS NOT. PROPER ACCESS,.IT WILL BE TURNED <br />DOWN AT THAT TIME. HE DID NOT BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN REFUSE ZONING <br />BASED ON INADEQUATE ACCESS AND NOTED THAT THEY DO HAVE A 40' RIGHT- <br />OF-WAY. <br />HARLAN PETERSON OF TOTAL DEVELOPMENT STATED THAT Ro-ED <br />CORPORATION OWNS THE PROPERTY UP TO $TUCKEY'S, BUT HE DOES NOT KNOW <br />WHETHER OR NOT THEY OWN $TUCKEY'S, WHICH PROPERTY GOES UP TO FELLS - <br />MERE ROAD. <br />ADMINISTRATOR KENNINGS SUGGESTED THAT THE HEARING BE RE- <br />CESSED UNTIL SOMEONE CAN RESEARCH TO DETERMINE WHO OWNS THROUGH TO <br />FELLSMERE ROAD, AND MR. PETERSON REQUESTED THAT THIS BE DONE. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE RECESSED THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR HALF AN <br />HOUR. <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER RETURNED TO THE MEETING AT 3:55 <br />O'CLOCK P.M. <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS THEREUPON RECESSED SO <br />THAT A MEETING OF THE PROPERTY APPRAISAL ADJUSTMENT BOARD COULD BE <br />HELD. <br />68 <br />®C, i 91977 8009 31 ma <br />
