RESOLUTION NO.2013- oi9 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DISTRICT <br />FOUR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />SRA1A ALONG THE SOUTHERN ONE AND ONE-HALF MILE MOORINGS <br />CORRIDOR <br />WHEREAS, the Moorings Property Owners Association (MPGA) wishes to install landscaping <br />improvements on SRA1A along the southern one and one-half mile Moorings Corridor; and <br />WHEREAS, SRA1A falls under the jurisdiction of District Four of the Florida Department of <br />Transportation; and <br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the MPOA's installation of landscaping improvements the <br />Department wishes Indian River County to maintain the installed landscaping. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Chairman is authorized to execute District Four <br />Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement as described above. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis ,and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner o' Brvan ,and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman, Joseph E. Flescher <br />Vice Chairman, Wesley S. Davis <br />Commissioner Tim Zorc <br />Commissioner Peter D.
