RESOLUTION NO . 2011m 015 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br /> LOCAL AGENCY PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR THE SIDEWALK <br /> CONSTRUCTION ON OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY FROM 38TH LANE TO 65TH STREET, <br /> WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION , AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE . <br /> WHEREAS , the State of Florida, Department of Transportation and <br /> Indian River County desire to construct a 5 ' wide concrete sidewalk, drainage <br /> improvements and the construction of a pedestrian bridge over the North Relief Canal on <br /> the east side Old Dixie Highway from 38th Lane to 65t1i Street ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, has <br /> requested Indian River County execute and deliver to the State of Florida, Department of <br /> Transportation, a Local Agency Program Agreement for the aforementioned project ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA , that the <br /> Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to make , execute , and deliver to the State of <br /> Florida, Department of Transportation , a Local Agency Program Agreement for the <br /> aforementioned project . <br /> The foregoing resolution was offered by Coml immner Davis_ <br /> who moved its adoption . The motion was seconded by Commissioner _ F1 escher <br /> and , upon being put to a vote , the vote was as follows : <br /> Chairman Bob Solari Aye <br /> Vice- Chairman Gary C .
