INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE 77-27 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Section 20, Sub -Section (a) <br />Sub -paragraph 32 of Indian River County Oralinance 71-3, as <br />amended is amended by establishing a new Sub -paragraph 32 and <br />re -numbering the existing Sub -paragraph 32 to read Sub -paragraph <br />34, the new Sub -paragraph 32 of Section 20 shall read as follows: <br />SECTION 20. C-1 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br />SUB-SECTIO14 (a) <br />32. Flea Markets as defined in this Ordinance provided: <br />a. No parking, standing of cars, booths, stalls or <br />tables shall be located in any rear setback area; <br />b. There shall be one identified vehicle entrance/ <br />exit per 100 feet of street frontage. <br />33. Accessory uses and structures customarily associated <br />with and subordinate to the uses, subject to conditions <br />expressed in Section 25, Sub -paragraph (g). <br />34. Residential dwelling(s) provided that they are not the <br />primary use of the lot and provided they are not <br />located on the main street frontage at the ground <br />level. <br />This Ordinance shall become effective on November 7 , <br />1977. <br />v <br />51 <br />NOV 2 1977 <br />�ooc 31 PAfF 453 <br />
