RESOLUTION 1NU.2014-010 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE <br />LAND USE MAP BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR ± 8.3 ACRES <br />LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF GRAND HARBOR BLVD. AND INDIAN <br />RIVER BLVD. FROM C/I, COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL TO M4, MEDIUM DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL4 (UP TO 8 UNITS PER ACRE) ; AND TO SIMULTANEOUSLY <br />REDESIGNATE ±8.3 ACRES LOCATED SOUTHEAST CORNER OF INDIAN RIVER <br />BLVD. AND 53an STREET FROM M-1, MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL -I (UP TO 8 <br />UNITS PER ACRE), TO C/1, COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL; AND PROVIDING <br />CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Flescher and seconded by <br />Commissioner Davis and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Peter O'Bryan, Chairman Aye <br />Wesley S.
