RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 013 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, DELEGATING TO THE COUNTY <br />ADMINISTRATOR OR DESIGNEE THE <br />AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE STANDARD CASH <br />DEPOSIT AND ESCROW AGREEMENTS UNDER <br />CHAPTER 934, EXCAVATION AND MINING, OF <br />THE CODE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 934, Excavation and Mining, of the Code <br />of Indian River County, security to guaranty compliance, restoration and road <br />maintenance may be required to be posted before the approved project can get <br />underway and/or further permitted; and <br />WHEREAS, when cash is posted as security, rather than letters of credit <br />or surety bonds, a standard Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement must be entered into; <br />WHEREAS, the standard Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement requires <br />the approval of the Board of County Commissioners and the signature of the Chairman; <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the County and the public to be <br />able to provide the standard Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement in an expeditious <br />manner so that the project can proceed without undue delays; and <br />
