<br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ANNOUNCED THAT THIS SPECIAL MEETING IS BEING
<br />HELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING EXTENDING THE HOURS FOR THE SALE
<br />OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
