RESOLUTION NO . 2011 - 060 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY, FLORIDA, REVISING FEES FOR PROCESSING IMPACT FEE REFUND <br /> APPLICATIONS . — <br /> WHEREAS , in May, 2005 , Indian River County approved Title X, Impact Fees, of the Code of <br /> Indian River County establishing 9 impact fees ; and <br /> WHEREAS , Title X provides for a refund of impact fees if building permits or initial- 1 <br /> concurrency certificates associated with a project are revoked, expired, or withdrawn, or if impact <br /> fees are not used within 6 years and a request for refund is submitted by the applicant ; and <br /> WHEREAS , processing an impact fee refund application requires staff time and cost ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the County, in May, 2005 , set the impact fee refund application fee amount at $ 200 ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , County staff recently estimated the County' s cost of processing an impact fee <br /> refund at approximately $ 75 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the County may adopt fees to recover the costs of processing applications pursuant <br /> to section 102 . 10 (3 ) of the County Code . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT : <br /> Section 1 . <br /> The above recitals are ratified in their entirety. <br /> Section 2 . <br /> The Board of County Commissioners , hereby, revises the following fees : <br />
