RESOLUTION NO. 2013- o4o <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />TO ADOPT A 2012/2013 FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Health Department has proposed a new fee <br />schedule to become effective May 21, 2013, as set forth more fully in Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, section 154.06(1), Florida Statutes, provides that the Indian River <br />County Board of County Commissioners must establish the fee schedule by resolution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. Effective May 21, 2013, all fees set forth on Exhibit "A" are established for use <br />by the Indian River County Health Department. Such fees shall remain in effect <br />until further resolution of this Board. <br />This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner o,Brvan , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
