ORDINANCE NO. 77-37 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to zone the hereinafter described nroperty and..'pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in .interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINE1Y by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance.of Indian River County, Florida and the accotmanying Zoning trap be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Flap be changed in order that the following ...-described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, more particularly idezitified as The Spoil Islands,.herewith established in the Intracoastal Tidal Waters in the navigable waters lying within and off shore from any existing land bordering thereon in the County of Indian River, to be zoned to "MP" Marine Park District. Said Islands being defined in Resolution No. 77-37, attached and made a- part of this Ordinance.
