3120140010027 _ — -- _-- -_- <br />�� RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />JEFFREY R SMITH, CLERK OF COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL <br />BK: 2739 PG: 358 Page 1 of 5 2/242014 9:04 AM <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20� 4-�� <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FORMALLY DESIGNATING CERTAIN <br />COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY FOR 86T" LANE <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND DIRECTING THE <br />PROPERTY APPRAISER TO CUT OUT THE <br />PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />FROM THE PARENT PARCEL. <br />WHEREAS, on January 7, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County purchased a parcel of property from the List of Lands <br />Available and identified as Tax Parcel No. 31-39-29-00000-5000-00096.0; said <br />conveyance was by Tax Deed and recorded in Book 2730 at Page 722 of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of purchasing the property was due to it being <br />used as a road segment, known as 86th Lane, but under private ownership, with <br />at least 15 parcels abutting this segment; and <br />WHEREAS, the intent of the County is to now earmark by a formal <br />document that portion of the property for 86th Lane right-of-way in the event that <br />the remainder is eventually sold or reconveyed and put back on the tax rolls; and <br />WHEREAS, a sketch and legal description of the right-of-way have been <br />prepared and are attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; and <br />WHEREAS, a sketch and legal description have been prepared for the <br />remainder property and are attached hereto as Exhibit "B"; and <br />1 <br />
