RESOLUTION NO, 2014- 018 <br />Section 2. The Board urges the Florida Legislature to oppose, and the Governor Rick <br />Scott to veto, if necessary, House Bill 301. <br />Section 3. A certified copy of this resolution shall be provided to the Governor Rick <br />Scott, the Speaker of the House, the President of the Senate, the Indian River County Legislative <br />Delegation and the Florida Association of Counties. <br />The foregoing resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and <br />seconded by Commissioner F 1 e s c h e r , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Peter D. O' Bryan Ay e <br />Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis Ave <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher Aye <br />Commissioner Bob Solari Aye <br />Commissioner Tim Zorc Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 4th day <br />of March, 2014. <br />ATTEST: Jeffrey R.
