V, 1977. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE NOTED THAT WE HAVE HELD ONE PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />THIS MATTER PREVIOUSLY AND HEARD A GREAT DEAL OF TESTIMONY, BUT WE MUST <br />NOW.GO THROUGH THE SAME PROCEDURE AND EVERYONE WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY <br />TO BE HEARD, <br />ATTORNEY SAM BLOCK SPOKE REPRESENTING THE MEMBERS OF THE RETAIL <br />LIQUOR ASSOCIATION. HE REFERRED TO THE LENGTHY PRESENTATION MADE ON <br />THEIR BEHALF AT THE PUBLIC HEARING OF NOVEMBER 17TH AND ASKED THAT THE <br />RECORD OF THIS PUBLIC HEARING REFLECT IT IN FULL. ATTORNEY BLOCK RE- <br />ITERATED THEIR REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF ONE'HOUR AND STATED HE WOULD <br />MAKE NO FURTHER PRESENTATION AT THIS TIME, BUT WOULD RESERVE THE RIGHT <br />TO RESPOND IF THERE IS EXTENSIVE DISCUSSION AT THIS HEARING. <br />Ki <br />0t <br />
