The field for total funds set aside will populate based on the percentage entered in the first field and the total NSP3 grant. Response: In Indian River County, the County estimates that 25% of NSP3 grant funds will be used to assist households with incomes at or below 50% AMI. The County will achieve this by executing agreements with Partners / Developers using "Eligible Use B: Purchase and Rehabilitate Homes." The Partners/ Developers will acquire and rehabilitate units that will be sold to qualifying households. The use of said units shall be restricted to persons whose incomes do not exceed 50%AMI. The County proposes to acquire 3 housing units for this income group. 5.
