This will include but not be limited to County staff salaries/wages office supplies, and the possible engagement of a consulting firm to provide administrative and rehabilitation assistance. Administration cost to administer the NSP program and ensure compliance with regulations will be ten percent (10%) of the total allocated amount. Fifty percent of allocated NSP3 funds will be expended within two years of the signed agreement and 100 percent of the NSP3 funds will be expended within three years of the signed agreement.
