Appendix: NSP3 Action Plan Contents Checklist <br />The checklist below is an optional tool for NSP3 grantees to help to ensure that all required elements of <br />the NSP3 Substantial Amendment or the Abbreviated Plan are submitted to HUD. This checklist only <br />includes the minimum required elements that must be included in the NSP3 Action Plan and grantees <br />may want to add additional details. This document must be protected, as described above, in order to <br />use the checkboxes in this checklist. <br />1.
