Plan. <br />SECTION 1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Abbreviated Action <br />SECTION 2. The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the Chairman to <br />execute all necessary certifications for the Community Development Block Grant Abbreviated <br />Action Plan to be submitted on or before March 1, 2011. <br />SECTION 3. The Board of County Commissioners directs the Community Development <br />Director to make minor changes to the Abbreviated Action Plan if warranted based on comments <br />received in the fifteen day comment period. <br />SECTION 4. The Board of County Commissioners directs the Community Development <br />Director to execute and submit an Abbreviated Action Plan to the Federal Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development for approval. <br />SECTION 5. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and directs the Community <br />Development Director to submit additional information in a timely manner as may be required by the <br />Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Abbreviated Action Plan. <br />SECTION 6. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community Development <br />Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the CDBG Abbreviated Action Plan and project. <br />SECTION 7. The Indian River County Comprehensive Plan is hereby adopted as the <br />County's Community Development Plan. <br />SECTION 8. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Flescher , and seconded by <br />Commissioner Solari , and being put to vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman, Bob Solari Aye <br />Vice Chairman, Gary C.
