RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 107 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING <br />A FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014 FOR CERTAIN <br />NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners %J Indian River County has held the <br />necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set forth <br />in the budoets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the best interest of the <br />citizens of Indian River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County <br />Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth for the following funds: <br />Other Special Revenue Funds $ 19,794,698 <br />Other Debt Service Fund $ 877,513 <br />Capital Projects $ 177311,556 <br />Enterprise Funds $ 42,120,544 <br />Internal Service Funds $ 23,199,708 <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner O'Brvan ,and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Solari and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Joseph E. Flescher Ave <br />Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis Ave <br />Commissioner Peter D.
