CG) <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COPAMESSRO ERS <br />� DIAIs1 RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-124 <br />WHEREAS, on March 19,'1975, MARVIN CARTER was appointed <br />-to the Indian River County Coastal Zone Management Advisory <br />Committee;, and <br />WHEREAS, on December 7;1977, the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, reluctantly <br />accepted the resignation of MARVIN CARTER from the above- <br />cited Committee; and i <br />WHEREAS, MARVIN CARTER served the citizens of Indian <br />River County with great dedication and responsibility.while <br />acting as a Member of the Indian River County Coastal Zone <br />Management.Advisory Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, MARVIN CARTER brought to the Committee a <br />tremendous expertise as a surveyor and longtime resident <br />of Indian River County, and his local knowledge of our coastal <br />zone added greatly to proper formation of a Coastal Zone <br />Management Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the <br />Board, on behalf of itself and the citizens of Indian River <br />County, honors MARVIN CARTER for his diligent work,leadership <br />and contribution of time while serving as a Member of the <br />Indian River County Coastal Zone Management Advisory Committee. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 21st . <br />day of December 1977. <br />.' �� YYL',-_ • .;:'i /tri .. :.�•. � • <br />Chail '111'Cauuty Cam111issio+lers <br />DEC 211977 Box 33 fAu <br />
