NO <br />7 -- <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-121 <br />WHEREAS, on March 13,.1974, The Spoil Islands Report <br />was prepared and delivered by the Environmental Study <br />committee of Vero Beach Indian River, -County Planning <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, PATRICK LYONS, ROY HAIR, BOB BERG# TOMMY <br />THOMAS and JOE EARMAN, SR., were instrumental in preparing. <br />the'Spoil Islands Report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, on the 6th day of April, 1977, <br />adopted Resolution No. 77-37, describing the Spoil <br />Islands and evidencing an intent to preserve the Islands <br />for environmental recreational purposes; and <br />.WHEREAS, on January 5, 1977, The Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, appointed <br />the Marine Island Advisory Commission, made up of the <br />following persons, representing various segments of our <br />County: <br />WILLIAM C. WODTKE, JR., Chairman, Board of County <br />Commissioners <br />PATRICK LYONS, City Of Vero Beach Councilman <br />and Environmentalist <br />ROBERT BERG, Assistant County Planner <br />L. S. "Tommy" THOMAS, Intergovernmental Coordinator <br />ROY HAIR Environmentalist <br />JOE EARMAN, SR., Member of the Florida Inland <br />Navigation District <br />EDWARD J.
