RESOLUTION NO. 77 123. <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida passed Resolution 77-110 providing <br />for the issuance of not to exceed $1,815,000.00Solid Waste <br />Disposal System Revenue Bonds, Series 1977; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 77-11.0 required the adoption of <br />rates to be charged at the Solid Waste Disposal site sufficient <br />to meet the debt retirement requirements: of the Solid Waste <br />Disposal System Revenue Bonds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER'COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the <br />following fixed fees and tonnage charges are adopted pursuant <br />to the requirements of Indian River County Resolution 77-110: <br />1. FIXED FEES: Regular Fee.: Uncovered Fee <br />Family vehicles: <br />Automobiles, Station Wagons $ 0.50 Load $ 1.00 Load <br />Pickups, Family Type Vans, <br />Station Wagons, without seats, <br />all Trailers not exceeding <br />6 -feet by 8- feet $ 1.50 Load $ 3.00 Load <br />Small Dead Animals (Dogs, <br />Cats, Fowl, etc.). $ 5.00 $ 10.00 <br />2.
