Resolution No. 2014-030 <br />WHEREAS, any special assessment not paid within a ninety (90) day period from the <br />passage of the final resolution shall bear interest beyond the due date at a rate established bythe <br />Board of County Commissioners at the time of preparation %J the final assessment roll, and shall <br />be payable in two (2) equal installments, the first to be made twelve (12) months from the due <br />date and subsequent payment to be due by the next year; and <br />WHEREAS, the special assessment shall become due and payable at the office of the <br />Department of Utility Services of Indian River County ninety (90) days after the final determination <br />of the special assessment pursuant to Section 206.08, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated usage of the proposed <br />improvements, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from this improvement, to wit: <br />Lots 9 through 20, Block F; Lots 1 through 8, Block J; Lots 11 through 20, Block G; <br />and Lots 1 through 8 and 11, Block H; Pine Tree Park Unit No. 3 Subdivision, Plat <br />Book 3, Page 50 and Lots 11 through 18 and 20, Block H; Lots 1 through 8, Block J; <br />Lots 11 through 20, Block G; and Lots 1 through 8 and 14 through 16, Block K: Pine <br />Tree Park Unit No. 2 Subdivision, Plat Book 3, Page 46, all of the public records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />Said lands lying in Indian River County, Florida. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for milling improvements to 4th Place east of 66th Avenue to one <br />block east of 63r <br />d Avenue in Pine Tree Park Subdivision, Units 2 and 3; heretofore designated as <br />2 <br />
