.e' <br />r � <br />RESOLUTION N0.2013- 009 <br />i <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed certified notices at least ten days prior to <br />the hearing, as required by Section 246.46, Indian River County Code; and <br />i <br />WHEREAS, proof of such mailing has been made by signed affidavit (attached); and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on Tuesday. <br />r <br />February 12.2413 at 9:45 A.M.. (ar as soon thereafter as the Public Hearing was heard) conducted <br />the public hearing with regard to the special assessments <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDi BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />i <br />1. � The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratifi� ed in their entirety. <br />2. The Board finds that the properties assessed by this resolution will receive special <br />I <br />benefits equal to or greater than the cost of the assessment. <br />3. The special assessments shown on the attached Assessment Roll are hereby confirmed <br />and approved, and shall remain legal, valid, and binding first liens against the properkies <br />assessed until paid in full. <br />4.
