As - Built (Fourth Reso.) <br />RESOLUTION N0.2013- nFn <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />CERTIFYING "AS -BUILT" COSTS FOR CERTAIN ASPHALT <br />MILLING IMPROVEMENTS TO 7h PLACE WEST OF 63' <br />AVENUE TO 6& AVENUE, IN THE PINE TREE PARK <br />SUBDIVISION - IRC PROJECT NO, 1212, AND OTHER <br />CONSTRUCTION NECESSITATED BY SUCH PROJECT, <br />PROVIDING FOR FORMAL COMPLETION DATE, AND DATE <br />FOR PAYMENT WITHOUT PENALTY AND INTEREST. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County determined that <br />the improvements described herein specially benefited the property located within the boundaries as <br />described in this title, designated as Project No. 1212, are in the public interest and promote the <br />public welfare of the county; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 12, 2013 the Board held a public hearing in the Commission <br />Chambers at which time the owners of the property to be assessed were afforded an opportunity to <br />appear before the Board to be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making such <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, after such public hearing was held the County Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 2013-009 which confirmed the special assessment cost of the project to the property special <br />ly <br />benefited by the project in the amounts listed in an attachment to that resolution; an <br />d <br />WHEREAS, now that the project has been completed, the Director of Public Works has <br />certified the actual "As -Built" cost to be $0.100475009 per square foot, which is less than <br />$0.121560748 per square foot in the confirming Resolution No. 2013-009. <br />F:YPublic WorksYENGINEERING DIVISION PROjECTSV1212-7th Place -60th Ave to 63rd Ave -Petition PavingVAdmiroVagenda itemsV1212 Resolution As -Built 6-6-13.doc <br />
