BOOK 7249 PAGE 23719 PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in anon -exclusive easement for ingress and egress <br />an property at 8744 U.S. Highway 1 and 8750 U.S. Highway I (Tax Parcel Nos. 31-39-2&00000-0040- <br />00011.0 and 31-39-28-00000-0040-00012.0); and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves na public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement: <br />a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress, recorded in 4.R. Book 724, Page 2371, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, more particularly described as the Westerly 40 feet of the North 112 of <br />the following: beginning 412-112 feet West and 250 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southwest <br />114 of Government Lot 4, run East 142-12 feet South 30 feet West 142-112 feet North 30 feet to Point of <br />Beginning, Section 28, Township 31 South, Range 39 East. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner O`Bryan <br />Commissioner �j escher ,and adopted on the 7th day of Niay <br />fallowing vote: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
