<br />Interest on said Bonds at the rate of five and thirty -
<br />hundredths per centum (5.300 per annum, is payable semiannually on
<br />March 1 and September 1 of each year. Certain of the Bonds are
<br />redeemable prior to their stated dates of maturity, at the option
<br />of the County, upon the terms and conditions and in the manner
<br />stated in the Bonds. We have examined one of the Bonds of said
<br />issue as executed (Bond No. 1).
<br />The Bonds and the coupons appertaining thereto are issued
<br />to finance the cost of the acquisition and construction of a solid
<br />waste disposal system in Indian River County (hereinafter called
<br />"Facilities"), and to refund certain outstanding obligations hereto-
<br />fore issued for said purpose, pursuant to and in full compliance,with
<br />the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Florida, including
<br />Chapter 159, Part I, Florida Statutes, Section 125.01, et seq.,
<br />Florida Statutes, County Ordinance No. 77-19, enacted on August 3,
<br />1977, and other applicable provisions of law, and a resolution duly
<br />adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of said County on
<br />November 2, 1977, as supplemented (herein referred to as "Resolu-
<br />tion"), and are subject to all the terms and conditions of said
<br />Resolution. The Bonds and the coupons appertaining thereto are
<br />payable solely from and secured by a prior lien upon and pledge of
