collected providing that it is bundled and does not exceed four <br /> ( 4 ) feet in length , nor be greater than forty ( 40 ) pounds in <br /> weight for any piece or segment of such materials . White Goods <br /> and household furniture need not be containerized , but shall be <br /> placed curbside by the residents . <br /> 6 . 7 - Method of Collection of Residential Solid Waste : <br /> The Collector shall make collections with a minimum of noise <br /> and disturbance to the householder . Any Solid Waste spilled by <br /> the Collector shall be picked up immediately by the Collector . <br /> Section 7 . COMMERCIAL COLLECTION SERVICE <br /> 7 . 1 - Duties : The Collector shall provide Commercial <br /> Collection Service and shall provide collection of all Solid <br /> Waste for disposal , and shall provide for the collection of <br /> Recyclable Materials for recycling from , or generated by , <br /> multiple dwelling units , any commercial or industrial use , and <br /> any use not included within residential service . The Collector <br /> shall have one of two non - exclusive franchises to perform such <br /> service throughout the unincorporated area of the County in <br /> accordance with the terms hereof . <br /> 7 . 2 - Frequency of Collection : Commercial collection <br /> service shall be performed at a minimum of once per week , except <br /> that the collection of recyclable materials may be provided as <br /> agreed by the customer and Collector , or frequently enough to <br /> prevent containers from becoming overloaded . In the event a <br /> customer ' s container is consistently overloaded , the customer <br /> shall use a larger container or provide for a greater frequency <br /> of service . In the event of an emergency , collection may be <br /> permitted at times not allowed by this paragraph , provided the <br /> Collector has received prior approval from the S . W . D . D . <br /> 7 . 3 - Location of Pick -up of Commercial Solid Waste : <br /> Commercial collection customers shall accumulate Solid Waste or <br /> Recyclable Materials at locations that are convenient for <br /> collection by Collector and are mutually agreed upon by the <br /> . customer and the Collector ; and further , which are approved <br /> - 14 - <br /> TCFRANCH .
