month - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $ 2 . 00 . <br /> Total rate per residential unit per month for Residential <br /> Collection Services will be - - - - - - - - - - - - - $ 10 . 37 <br /> The rate for the referenced residential collection services <br /> does not include any franchise fees required by the County or <br /> any disposal costs as defined herein . <br /> 14 . 2 . 2 - Residential Collection Services Billings <br /> Billing for Residential Collection Services shall be the <br /> responsibility of the Collector . As part consideration for the <br /> services to be performed by Collector hereunder , Collector <br /> shall be paid the sum set forth in Section 14 . 2 . 1 for <br /> residential garbage and rubbish collection services , and <br /> disposal ; and for segregated yard trash / garden trash collection <br /> services and disposal . Collector shall submit an invoice to the <br /> Customer by the 10th of each billing month for advance payment <br /> for residential collection services that are to be rendered <br /> during the next quarter , and payments are to be made to the <br /> Collector on or before the 30th day of the calendar month in <br /> which billed . It is understood by both the Collector and the <br /> S . W . D . D . that the unit prices will change from time to time as <br /> provided for in the Franchise . <br /> Collector understands that although the residential <br /> collection services are identified under the two ( 2 ) categories <br /> of 1 ) residential garbage and rubbish collection and 2 ) <br /> yard / garden trash collection , these services are to be all <br /> inclusive and are to be provided to all customers ; and are not <br /> to be separated into two ( 2 ) distinct services and charges as <br /> one without the other . <br /> If , in the future , residential solid . waste collection <br /> services were to be contracted by the S . W . D . D . , and subsequently <br /> billed to the customer by the S . W . D . D . , the billing shall occur <br /> as provided in Section 14 . 3 , or by other means mutually agreed <br /> upon by the Collector and the S . W . D . D . <br /> 14 . 2 . 3 - Delinquent Accounts : In the event any account is <br /> not fully paid within fifty ( 50 ) days from the billing date , <br /> - 27 - <br /> TCFRANCH . DOC <br />
