' a <br /> more restrictive than the latest edition of the Business Auto <br /> Policy filed by the Insurance Services Office and must include : <br /> Minimum limits of $ 500 , 000 per occurrence combined single <br /> limit for bodily injury liability and property damage liability : <br /> Owned vehicles <br /> Hired and non- owned vehicles <br /> Employer ' s non - ownership <br /> The contractual coverage must specify that it covers the <br /> Hold Harmless Agreement which is part of this Franchise and / or <br /> Contract . <br /> 27 . 5 - Umbrella Liability : $ 5 , 000 , 000 for commercial <br /> refuse , landclearing debris and construction and demolition <br /> debris ; and $ 1 , 000 , 000 for bulk yard trash and garden trash <br /> collection with a hold harmless provision to protect the County <br /> from any claims arising as a result of services . <br /> 27 . 6 - Certificate of Insurance : Certificates of all <br /> insurance required from the Collector shall be filed with the <br /> County and S . W . D . D . and shall be subject to the County ' s <br /> approval for adequacy and protection . Certificates from the <br /> insurance carrier stating the types of coverage provided , <br /> limits of liability , and expiration dates , shall be filed in <br /> triplicate with the County and S . W . D . D . as an attachment to this <br /> Franchise and Contract , and before operations are commenced . <br /> The required certificates of insurance shall not only name the <br /> types of policies provided , but shall also refer specifically <br /> to this Franchise and Contract , and this section and the above <br /> paragraphs , in accordance with which such insurance is being <br /> furnished , and shall state that such insurance is as required by <br /> such paragraphs of this Franchise and Contract . If the initial <br /> insurance expires prior to the completion of the work , renewal <br /> certificates shall be furnished , within ten ( 10 ) days prior to <br /> expiration , and shall state that such insurance is as required <br /> by such paragraphs of this Franchise and Contract . <br /> Section 28 , COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS <br /> - 38 - <br /> TCFRANCH .
