FOR LUNCH AND <br />RECONVENED AT 1:45 O'CLOCK P.M. CHAFFEE HAS NO BACKGROUND IN THIS PARTICU— <br />LAR TYPE OF SALVAGE, HE HAS WORKED WITH THE COUNTY OVER THE YEARS IN <br />HELPING DISPOSE OF OLD CARS AND.HAS BEEN VERY RELIABLE.
