Safran, of 12 Vista Palm Lane, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />am the owner of the following property: Lots 9 through 16, Block 3, and <br />the 7.90 acres recorded as Block 7A, Govenor Estates, Unit No. 2, as <br />in Platbook 5, page 18, Indian River County Records. <br />I hereby notify you that I object to and oppose the request of <br />the Indian River County Board of Planning and Zoning to change to a <br />zoning change of the above described property from C-1 Commercial District <br />to R-1 Single Family District. <br />I am unable to attend' the public hearing scheduled for December 8, <br />1977• However, I am planning to attend the second public'hearing which is <br />scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, 1978 and to again voice my objection <br />and opposition to the request of the Indian River County Board and Planning <br />and Zoning. <br />Any proposed change.from commercial district to single family <br />district would adversely affect the value of my said land. <br />Very truly yours, <br />HARRY A.
